Pannet Park Tearooms The Pannet Park Tearooms in Whitby are situated within the Museum and access to the tearooms is free, just ask at the Museum entrance. They serve home backed cakes and scones, jacket potatoes, paninis, sandwiches, homemade soups and quiches. Vegetarian options are available. Open from 10.00am - 4.00pm Tuesday - Sunday
